Located within the private courtyard of Newby Court, Wellgarth Cottage has easy access parking within the courtyard and outside patio furniture for relaxing in the summer months.

Enter Wellgarth Cottage into a roomy porch area to store wellies, walking boots and all your outdoor essentials, and then through into the spacious lounge, complete with TV and WiFi.

The ground floor also contains an extra sitting room/ childrens playroom, also complete with TV and bookcase.

Opposite the lounge and sitting room is an open plan kitchen / diner. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with oven, hop, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster & kettle. So that all your family & friends can eat together, the open plan diner features a large wooden dining table.

Also on the ground floor is a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a separate downstairs toilet.

All the bedrooms are located on the first floor via a staircase leading off from the lounge.
The first floor contains four bedrooms. The master bedroom has views over the courtyard and further afield to the stunning views. Containing a double bed, TV and double fitted wardrobe, there is also an adjacent ensuite bathroom equipped with bath and electric shower.

Across the landing, there are two further bedrooms, each containing a single bed with built in double wardrobes and lastly, the fourth bedroom is a twin room with two single beds.

The family bathroom is modern and fitted with bath and electric shower.
